After growing up in Napa, I moved to Petaluma in 2004 where I continue to plant my community roots. I absolutely love living and working in Sonoma County, though my familiarity with the Napa and Marin markets is extensive as well.
To say that I am a child of the Real Estate industry would be an understatement. Growing up, real estate was the family business. My father and uncles had their own brokerage, and I learned about construction and property maintenance working on my parents’ investment properties as a youth. That, coupled with a keen interest in community development and environmental issues, led me to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Planning from Sonoma State University. I worked for several years as a city planner, an experience that gave me a wealth of knowledge about zoning and development regulations, as well as a unique perspective on how to navigate the City processes. My city planning background ensures that my clients are always well-informed about a property’s potential before they commit to any investment. I am strong in marketing concepts, the use of social media, and the importance of technology in today’s real estate market.
I believe that the most important things in life are to live life with honesty and integrity, and I infuse these ideals into all that I do. To me, the most important component of any relationship is trust, which takes time and commitment. Whether you are planning a transaction in 2 months or 2 years, I would be honored for a chance to earn your trust and to be the REALTOR® you choose for all your real estate needs.
Residential – I connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. I believe that whether you’re spending $200,000 or $2 million, buying a home is a BIG DEAL, and my buyer clients will tell you (read my reviews) that I am a full service Realtor who is completely dedicated to protecting them and getting them the best deal possible. Likewise, Sellers will tell you that my knowledge of the market and market expertise is second to none. Whether I’m prepping a home for sale, guiding you through a pricing strategy, or expertly marketing your home on the internet and social media, you will not find an agent more dedicated to getting you maximum market exposure and the best price possible for your home.
Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. When looking to purchase vacant land, it’s critical that a buyer understand’s everything about the property’s development potential: How many units can it have? How well do/will the well and septic systems perform? How usable is the groundwater? Is it possible to put an Accessory Dwelling (granny unit) on the property? You need a Realtor® who knows how to navigate the City and County bureaucracy. Look no further…I am a trained City Planner!
