December 16, 2019 – Market Update
Happy Holidays, everyone. Here’s this week’s market update.
EVENTS
Petaluma Art Center Exhibit. I have a client who has a new art piece that just debuted at the Petaluma Arts Center for the exhibition Petaluma to the Playa. The piece is a beautiful ovule, and it is truly spectacular! The exhibit runs through 1/18/20 and features artists who create for Burning Man.
MARKET UPDATE
This time of year, things really start to cool off as far as new listings go, but it’s really a great time to be out there shopping if you’re a buyer. How many other buyers are out there looking at homes on a wet and rainy weekend around the holidays?! Plus, chances are if a home is still on the market at this time that the sellers are pretty motivated to sell. So, if you see something you’re interested in, there’s no time like the present.
